Cinnamon Roll Cookies

Here’s a really fun recipe from one of my favorite baking sites!

I’ve made these cookies before and they were delicious. They’re a little time consuming, but perfect to warm up the house on a lazy, rainy day.

I do have one suggestion: watch how big you’re rolling the dough out. You don’t want the cookies to big, or they get dense and burnt. That’s what happened the first time I made them. I just reduced my size the next time and they came out perfect!

Baking Hacks

These baking hacks are actually helpful.

Have you ever wondered how to stop batter from flying everywhere from your handheld mixer? Have you ever run out of frosting? This video has 20 hacks to solve even the worst of your baking conundrums.

I’ve genuinely used the brown sugar hack and it works wonders. I can’t count how many times I’ve told myself I have brown sugar at home, then gone to grab it and it’s solid as a rock.

Also, I relate a little too much to the cracked cheesecake one. I’m a pro at covering up my mistakes with some icing. Just slap some frosting on that bad boy and you’re good to go.
